After federal agents' abuse and harassment of journalists covering the White House administration's "Operation Midway Blitz," Chicago media organizations filed a federal lawsuit against the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to stem feds' actions.
In connection with that suit, a federal judge ordered U.S. Border Patrol Chief Patrol Agent Gregory Bovino to testify under oath in a deposition.
Later, several of the media orgs successfully petitioned the federal court for release of video recordings of Bovino's deposition. Find them here (courtesy of the Loevy & Loevy law firm):
